Under new management from Dec 2023, Silverband Lodge is a sibling venue to the award winning Cave Hill Creek.
Nestled on 47 acres of bushland with emus, kangaroos, kookaburras and rosellas, at Silverband Lodge you have easy access the Pinnalce, Venus Baths and other popular walking trails. Spectacular clifftops, waterfalls and wildflowers can all be found nearby, along with Halls Gap town services.
Tim and Ange Chandler, a second-generation camp family with a wealth of industry experience, are the new team behind Silverband Lodge.
In addition, many of the same friendly faces… Glenn, Michelle and Jess to name a few… will continue to help you out both prior to and during your stay.
We want to acknowledge the extended custodianship of the uniting Church in Australia running camps and group stays for 70 years at Norval in Halls Gap.
For many years and for generations of school children and church communities they were the benchmark in group accommodation and camping. Their industry leadership is something we learned from and respected.
We are honoured by the opportunity to continue the legacy of the many church volunteers and camp professionals who built our venue into what it is today.
